Stephane Jammet has 20 years of international sales and marketing experience taking innovative solutions to market. A graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Inseec Bordeaux (Business school) Stephane began his career in finance at Credit Du Nord, first in asset management and then as a loan officer serving small and medium businesses. He started his career in the Software industry in Silicon Valley managing the Market Research team of Portal Software from 1999 through2002. Upon his return to France he joined Logique Industrie where he led the Business Unit for Telecom Management. He joined Neotys in 2005 as Sales Manager with accountability for worldwide sales and business development and was promoted to Managing Director in 2010. Stephane is passionate about technology innovation and is focused on delivering value to the customer. He was naturally drawn to Neotys as an opportunity to join a skilled and close knit team with high technology expertise and aggressive development targets serving international markets. As Managing Director, Stephane plays a leading role in developing and structuring Neotys to effectively respond to market opportunities.
VP Research and Development and Co-founder
After graduating from Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs of Luminy (Engineering school) Benoit began his software development career with Calendra as a member of the R&D team In this new capacity he was immediately faced with web application performance issues, which were critical for Calendra’s key accounts. The need to identify an easy to use solution capable of simulating complex web applications for Calendra’s customers started Benoit on a mission he approached with great passion and commitment. This ultimately led to the development of NeoLoad when it became apparent no such solution could be found.
VP Product Management and Co-founder
A Computer Engineering graduate of ESIL Marseille (Engineering school), Christophe started his technology career at Calendra, SA. Calendra developed software solutions for the identity management market and was acquired by BMC software in 2005. During his six year tenure there he developed the skills required to create, develop and take cutting edge software to market. His assignment at Calendra also introduced Christophe to the performance and load testing space, for which he ultimately developed a unique vision for a next generation solution. He left Caldera to co-found Neotys to make that vision a reality with the development of NeoLoad. Key requirements learned from the days at Calendra suggested a professional load testing tool that was through, powerful, easy to use and affordable. All of Christophe’s energy was focused on delivering on this promise along with an unrelenting commitment to customer satisfaction, a key part of the Neotys culture he helped create.
CEO Neotys India
Padmakumar is a Senior Management Executive with 28+years of experience. He has held a variety of senior management positions in the IT and Engineering industries with leading organizations such as Wipro, HCL, and BEML. Prior to Neotys, he setup in 2009 the Business Management group for the testing services practice with HCL. In 1996, he joined Wipro where he held senior positions in Development, Implementation, Support and Maintenance of Application systems, ERP Implementation & Consulting, Process Consulting, Large Global Program Management, Customer Engagement, Solution & Services Sales, Service Delivery, and Offshoring in the IT and Engineering Industries. He has extensive expertise in establishing, staffing, and managing specialized consulting practices / large development centers, and delivering multiple IT projects to global clients using the Global Delivery Model. At Wipro, he headed the IT Testing Consulting Practice with direct responsibility for competency, customer acquisition, sales, revenue, P&L, and service delivery. In 1985, he joined BEML and gained extensive experience in setting up the Corporate IT department and interacting with Senior Management to meet the business needs through IT. Padmakumar graduated with a B.Tech from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum (India) and with an MBA (PGSEM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (India).
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Laurent Alias has over 15 years of financial and accounting experience in Small and Medium sized companies, specifically start-ups. A graduate from the University of Nice with a Master in Finance, Laurent began his career by working for 5 years in Audit handling international companies portfolios in many areas such as Finance, Accounting, Business plan, HR, Legal, Taxes. He started his career in the Software industry with Realviz, a 3D Start-up Company, in 2000. As CFO, he was in charge of setting up and managing the company’s Accounting & Finance department and its subsidiaries around the world. As part of executive management, Laurent was involved in strategic decisions and helped develop and grow the e-shop business which accounted for 50% of the company revenue. In addition, Laurent also managed several funds rising and participated in the buyout of the company by Autodesk Software Inc. in 2008. He eventually continued to play a central role during the integration acquisition process helping the buyer with a smooth transition. Laurent joined Neotys Company in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer.
VP Professional Services
Bruno, graduated from the Universités Paris IX-Dauphine and Paris VI-Marie Curie. He started his career in Financial applications computing at Credit Lyonnais. He subsequently got into the Consulting business; working for Altran’s where he specialized in architecture optimization (network and software). Bruno became very interested in application performance and the issues surrounding performance analysis and optimization. His passion for this field lead him to Scopteam for where he specialized in performance testing, being called in to tackle , complex projects in France and abroad for major software developers in the worldwide applications market.
VP Sales USA
Eric Sherman brings over 20 years of experience selling within the IT industry. Prior to joining Neotys, he was Vice President of Sales for Core Security where he oversaw and was responsible for International, US Mid-Market and Federal new business in addition to the Account Development team, Customer Account Management Team, and Sales Engineering Team. During his 10 years at the company, Eric built, led and expanded multiple teams within Core Security. His broad role contributed to a steady sales growth rate for the Company during his tenure. With over 20 years of experience selling within the IT industry, Eric covered both software and services. He also previously worked for several mid- and large-sized companies including Oxford and Associates, Baltimore Technologies and Bitpipe, helping to increase revenue. Eric graduated from Eastern Nazarene College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
VP Sales EMEA
Thomas Ripoche brings over 10 years of Corporate Sales experience in international environments. Through his career he has a vast experience in dealing with complex projects, key accounts development and corporate sales. Thomas is committed to bring value and satisfaction to customers. He started his career at Nestle, and then served at HP and Regus prior to joining Neotys in 2008. Since then one of his main responsibilities is to enable the implementation of modern load testing practices using NeoLoad for organizations to gain a competitive advantage by increasing efficiency and shortening their load testing cycles. Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University (Australia) and Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) and an MBA from Griffith University and ESC Grenoble (France).
VP Partners & Alliances
Laurent brings over 17 years of international corporate and business development experience. He served at Microsoft International for 10 years where he held various sales & marketing responsibilities across 3 continents (Europe, Asia, Middle-East/Africa). His expertise covers alliance and key accounts development, complex project and channel management. Laurent graduated from HEC Paris, ESADE Barcelona and the Chartered Institute Management Accountant (CIMA, UK).
