Deactivate a license

This page allows you to deactivate the license on the current machine.
Once the key has been deactivated, it can be reactivated on the new machine.
The transfer procedure can take a few hours to be processed by Neotys.

1. Get the inactivation request file from Neoload:

a. Open the license management panel via the "Help / License management..." menu item.
b. Click the "Transfer to another computer..." button.
c. NeoLoad generates a deactivation request file named "license-inactivation.req".

2. Send your request file to Neotys:

Pick the file into the following form. You will receive a return e-mail from Neotys confirming that the key has been deactivated for that machine.
