Standard licence activation

The installed license key must be activated before using NeoLoad. This procedure will link the key to a unique machine. If needed, an activated key may be transferred to another computer by following the transfer procedure.

A license activation request is required for activation to be carried out.

  1. Get the activation request file:

    1. In NeoLoad, go into the Help menu and select "License Management..."
    2. Click "Activate license key..."
    3. Choose "Activate by email or through a web form "
    4. NeoLoad generates a license activation request file named "license.req".

  2. Get your activated license:

    Pick the file into the following form, you will get the activated license. Use "Save As..." from your browser and save it on your disk.

    Please enter the NeoLoad Activation Request file (license.req):

  3. Enter the activated license:

    1. In NeoLoad, go into the Help menu and select "License Management..."
    2. Click "Activate license key..."
    3. Select "Enter an activated license key" and pick the file you've just saved.
